1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and sc77, governing your access to and use of the sc77 website located at https://sc77.cam, including all games, features, promotions, and related services offered therein.

Each individual is permitted to maintain one (1) sc77 account only. Creating multiple accounts, whether for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or otherwise, is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your sc77 account. This includes all bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. sc77 reserves the right to request government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership before releasing funds. 5. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, sc77 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all sc77 promotions unless superseded by specific promotion terms:

• Each promotion is available to one (1) account per household, IP address, device, and payment method.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the sc77 Platform — including but not limited to logos, game graphics, text, software, interface design, promotional materials, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of sc77 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of any sc77 content without prior written authorization. Unauthorized use of sc77's intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Privacy & Data

sc77's total liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Suspension & Termination

sc77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a User has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users.

Upon termination, any pending withdrawals of legitimately won funds will be processed in the ordinary course, provided the account passed KYC requirements. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus abuse will be forfeited.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the sc77 Platform shall first be submitted to sc77's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, either party may seek resolution through the competent courts of the Philippines. sc77 does not waive its right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property or business interests.
